 We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please contact us for the latest shipping rates to your destination.

We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible,so that you are benefited plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

Shipment details :
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the International or Local Courier Services.

We can Deliver By Royal Mail to mainland only.

If you reside on the outskirts of mainland UK - Please email us for Shipping rates for your country!! Before you order our Products. example: Scotland,Wales,Canary Isle, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man etc.

Delivery time :
When you place an order with us on our website www.bollywoodcreations.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items. Shipping date estimate will appear in the order form.

Once you have placed your order you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimate in the order confirmation email and in the relevant order summary in your account.

All orders are usually shipped within 21 days after the confirmation of the order.

However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks.

All products are first polythene packed then packing paper wrapped.

All orders are shipped by Ist class courier service and home delivered within approximately 5-10 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

Please note that all our the products (Sarees, Lehengas etc.) are shipped from India.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many products/items we sell are weight based and are included in the pricing of the garment (Sarees, Lehengas, salwar Suits, Kids Suits, "Custom Make".

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order: the larger your order, the lower the rate.
On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. 
Bollywood Creations is not responsible for any item once it has left our business premises.

All damages during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer only.

VAT Paid By UK Residence/ European Residents Only / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. 

Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

They are entirely your responsibility.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, do not make any pick-ups on those days.

 Our courier agents: International DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / Local Courier deliveries on large Bulky Items,The Royal Mail services are used for small items to medium sized items and can be delivered either "First Class Recorded Post"(sign for) Next Day Delivery (Signature Required)for Proof of Delivery at(extra Cost), "Second Class Recorded Post" (sign for)and by Standard Parcel Post etc.


Please note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package;however will not be able to provide sign  for confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted,
