Your order will only be dispatched once your payment has been Realised

You have 7days cooling off period after you order, to cancel your order, or make any alterations to your order. Your order confirmation by email will be required as Proof that you wish to go ahead with the Order. If we don't hear from you after 7 days we will persume you want us to cancel your order. 

The start of the following rules will apply after cooling off period. 

However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product ordered then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Should you contact us Bollywood Creations within 14days  you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.

Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products. www.bollywoodcreations.com, in its unconditional discretion, may deliver a similar/alike/alternate product for reasons or constraints beyond its control.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received. Bollywood Creations firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.

It is practically impossible for Bollywood Creations to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Bollywood Creations is aware of this genuine problem. The return of purchased products is possible subject to the point that you inform your decision to us over the given phone nos. UK : 01-273-605195 or e-mail us at : bollywoodcreationa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

The intimation should also be followed by a return of the purchased goods within 48-72 hours from the time of receipt of products.

You cannot return the goods on the grounds of colour choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its colour and handwork details.

You are not entitled to return the products over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order. An amount of £25.00 will be deducted from the purchase price for administration costs.

The cost of returning the products by express mail (10-15 days delivery mail) has to be borne by the customer. The products have to be returned in original packaging.

Used products are not eligible for a return. Money will be returned back once we have received the products in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
